IVC Commercial was the commercial division of IVC Group, dedicated to creating unique floors for corporate & office, retail, hospitality & leisure, housing, education, and healthcare projects.
Founded in 1997, IVC Group was Europe’s leading manufacturer of Carpet Tiles, Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT), Sheet Vinyl, and Laminate. With 1,500 employees and 7 production units in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Russia, IVC Group produced over 130 million m² of flooring per year.
Unilin
In 2022 Unilin & IVC Group joined forces in flooring and went to market under the Unilin umbrella. Both compagnies were acquired respectively in 2006 and 2015 by Mohawk Industries, the largest floorcovering manufacturer in the world. Now Unilin consists of five divisions that focus on innovation and entrepreneurship: Unilin Panels, Unilin Insulation, Unilin Flooring, Unilin Technologies and Godfrey Hirst. Together these five divisions make up one international team: more innovation, more entrepreneurship, more passion and more solutions for our customers.
Mohawk Group EMEA
Following the merger between IVC and Unilin, in 2024 IVC Commercial transitions to Mohawk Group as the premium brand for the commercial flooring market. Why Mohawk Group? Mohawk Group is the commercial flooring brand of Mohawk Industries in the US. By adopting this established brand and presenting it to the EMEA market, we can benefit from Mohawk Group's brand recognition and underline the global presence of Mohawk Group in the commercial flooring market.
